Frequently Asked Questions

What is a Messenger Bot?

A Messenger bot, also known as a Chatbot is a computer program built to communicate with your customers by a series of automated conversational messages driven by user intention and selections. It can be set up to answer common questions, explain what your product or service does, deliver helpful information, nurture them towards a sale and more all inside messaging apps.

What can a bot do for my business?

More and more businesses are using chatbots to find their target audience and communicate with them about how their product or service can solve their problem and answer simple questions. Our bots are setup to automatically welcome new users, send them content, respond to specific keywords and much more.

They are fast and clever. The responses you get are short and easy to read. And people like using them!

Why do I need one?

Businesses have become more aware that it’s becoming harder to reach their audience and that email marketing is declining, receiving around 15% or less on open rates from each campaign. It just makes sense to market where the people are currently hanging out – Messaging apps are the perfect solution by providing personalised and automated conversations with your customers. It is real-time, interactive and has 80% open rates.

If its easy to build, why do I need you to build it?

You don’t. You can do this on your own.

You can even use my bot as a guide to help you do it.

The benefit of working with us is we can grow your bot subscribers faster and can create content that will be engaging to people and will help grow your sales.

We also can help you avoid getting into hot water with Facebook. We know their rules and are constantly keeping up to date with changes. Companies that create bots with too many cancelations can get booted by Facebook and those that don’t comply with their new rules will be shut down.

Can I make changes to the bot?

Yes, I can even show you how.

How do users find and connect to my bot?

Several ways. Anywhere your customers can click a link – your website, in an email, on a QR code, your Facebook send message button, Facebook m.me/link this will launch your bot and start a conversation.

Who has ownership of the bot?

You do. When you sign up for a bot, you will have an account created and be connected to a bot platform directly paying this via your credit card, the same as you do when you pay your budget for Facebook advertising.

Does your service include creating and running campaigns?

We have 2 packages.

1) Bot setup plan, you’ll have a fully working bot.

& 2) Bot management. If you want us to keep managing your bot, our management plan, will help increase your conversations and we will work with you to grow your sales every month.”

Is this marketing too intrusive?

It can be. If it’s not done right.

Our approach is to make it into a fun and educational experience to avoid the sales-y approach.

The younger generation is not on Facebook so now what?

One of the most disputed things Facebook did a few years ago was turn Messenger into a standalone app and force users to install both the Facebook app and the Messenger app. This is great news, right? This was a super-smart idea, now Messenger has over a billion ‘active’ users every single month worldwide. Messenger is more exciting for younger users than the main Facebook app.
